How it works. A thin heating element sits across the back of each hand and warms the blood as it circulates over the knuckles and through the fingers — the same principle behind heated vests and heated socks. Because the heat is applied to the blood supply rather than the palm, it spreads warmth through the whole hand without bulking up the grip surface, so you keep full feel and control of your tools.
